More Knit Owls on a String

I knit 3 owl puffs and hung them on a string with beads. I made a few of these owls on a string several years ago, using branches and leaves. I wanted to use up some yarn and these use a small amount of yarn and are easy and fun to make. The owl puff pattern is free on Ravelry and Craftsy.
I used felt for their faces.

I hung the top with a cork and key ring.

The bottom has a jingle bell attached.

  1. Oh Daryl, those are just adorable. This is a great way to use up leftover yarn.

  2. You are the reason I started making these. I love the owls and I never thought about adding a bead in eye that is very cleaver and looks great. They look really cute strung all together it reminds me of the strings of animals that you see from India. I like how you added your cork on top.
    great job
